Sales Lead
Roles and responsibilities
We are looking for a talented person to fill the role of business development to drive lead generation and new client acquisition in partnership with our marketing person.
The key responsibilities include;
- Participate in the development of a strategic sales plan
- Directly drive the execution of the strategic sales plan
- Utilize and sustain our CRM tool
- Help refine and document the successful sales process
Our vision of the ideal sales person;
- Self-driven and independent
- Goal and results-oriented
- Great planning skills and excellent task-management (execution) skills
- Professional communication skills a must – both for internal and external communication
- Manage and nurture customer relationships through long sales cycles
- People skills – ability to read situations and adjust to prospect personalities on the fly
- Must be comfortable with cold calling activities (phone or in-person)
- Work with our marketing person to provide frontline feedback from customer interactions
- Must be open to learning some of the technical aspects of the engineering services industry
- Ability to work independently as well as as a team
- Well-versed in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
- Familiar with CRMs such as HubSpot CRM
- Well-versed in LinkedIn and LinkedIn Groups
Expected Commitment
- We are expecting this role to start out as a part-time commitment (10-20 hours/week), but with demonstrated capabilities, this can easily grow into a fulltime role.
- Compensation negotiable DOE and demonstrated results.

Electrical Solutions Engineer
Roles and responsibilities
We are looking for a talented person to fill the role of Electrical Solutions Engineer to lead PCB design and development involving microcontrollers as well as wireless communication.
The key responsibilities include;
- Creation of schematics based on project design requirements.
- Define PCB layout and creation of associated bill-of-materials
- Debug prototype PCB designs
Our vision of the ideal Electrical Solutions Engineer;
- Self-driven and independent

- Great planning skills and excellent task-management (execution) skills
- Professional communication skills a must – both for internal and external communication
- Ability to work independently as well as as a team
- Well-versed in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
- Knowledge/experience with PCB layout/design and BOM creations
- Experience with microcontrollers, firmware creation, and wireless communication designs a plus
